I just wonder how many of the charges will stick; it seems when the cops go after someone in these crowds they are people they’ve witnessed throwing something, etc. - and may have the tape to prove it.
What I’m more worried about is that the judge will release them on the spot or give them a bench warrant and let them go. That’s the new law in NYC, and it appears even to apply to violent crimes.
