The Council is dominated by members of the DFL (the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party), with a total of 12 members. The Green Party of Minnesota has one member, Cam Gordon.
Aside from a 2-day office-holder, the City of Minneapolis has had one Republican mayor since WWII, and that mayor left office in 1961.
Eventually they’ll either be stopped by the NG, or they’ll get to the hunters. The Minnesota government *really* doesn’t want that to happen.
