We weren't trained to use that type of constraint, but according to an article posted a short while ago on FR, that type of restraint has been taught to the Minneapolis Police. It's up to the powers that be to determine if the "authorized" restraint was excessive use of force, and it will be up to the coroner to determine whether it caused Floyd's death or not.

People are sick of the double standard.

The political / social problem, is that this guy’s death was shown, on a continuous, unedited, live video taken as it happened.

There isn’t any amount of after the fact “official findings” (with the same condescending air of unearned superiority the MSM uses when looking down on viewers) which will ever erase that in the minds of everyone who say Floyd George die.

No matter HOW much “spokesmen” and “experts” and “official pronouncements”™ declare otherwise.
