That is highly likely. First, they will purportedly use it only for CV tracking. Then it will be used for other diseases. Then it will be used for "unsafe" behavior such as gun ownership. Then it will be used to monitor all social contacts, memberships, and on-line browsing and posting history. Employers will have access to the info, and it will be selectively leaked to the media if you are a public figure.
