If Sullivan had any brains, late Friday Evening he would dismiss this case without further comment. But, we shall see.

I’m thinking those judges who are Presidential Appointees are on the bench for life unless they are removed by Congressional Impeachment (Alysee Hastings). In which case as long as the Dem’s control the House Sullivan is safe from any oversight.
But honestly I can’t say that for sure.
