They stepped in it big time. Needs to be a hands off approach especially in an election year. I’ve noted that they NEVER fact check democrat leaders or activist “journalists.” Personally I think their biggest risk is election law violations. They are providing massive aid to the democrat party and Biden.
That is indeed another serious risk.
An additional risk still will be with the SEC, as the editorial policy was surely a material omission in their filings.
