Twitter is much more than a private company. They are a public utility. An e-utility.

Like your cell phone company. Like your electric company. And as such, they must be regulated and held accountable for their unconstitutional abuses.

They aren’t even news agencies, they’re privately run public forums. You better cheer on when a D is prez and starts running the EO’s against guns or free speech or whatever.

Just because you define them to be a public utility doesn’t make them one. They are a private company. You don’t like their rules? Then start a competitor.

Remember the good old days when conservatives were in favor of dismantling the regulatory state and letting freedom blossom through competition in the market? Yeah, me too.
