At best you could say they are like allowing op-eds in newspapers of old. To say they are subject to EO’s to shut them down isn’t just anti-conservative, it’s anti-American at its worse.

People use the twitter application and agree to its TOS.

Twitter uses the internet, which does not discriminate as to content.

It’s an important distinction, legally and functionally.

In fact there is an twitter-like application on the internet with more subscribers than twitter. In fact Weibo has 500 million active users in any one month. And there are other English language micro blogging sites as well.
