The R’s must be planning to Ballot Harvest just like the D’s, or have some method of ensuring that Trump gets re-elected.

No.
We don't need none of that to crush Crazy Joe.
All we need is to stop the Dems from stealing and Crazy Joe is done.

The GOP is not the libertarian party, thank God.

So you Democrats don’t have any problems whatsoever with your unconstitutional acts by tyrannical, dictatorial Democratic governors and mayors, but all of a sudden start crying like little girls at the mere mention of Twitter being brought to heel?

FR is a user; not a system service provider. Take the phone company: the user can hang up on the caller but the service provider can not monitor and disconnect calls at it’s whim.

I think they mean an order to address social media censorship of conservative or non Leftist points of view.

A conservative holds the majority of stocks in Twitter now. He might raise h e double toothpicks about Jack threatening the platform by breaking the law which gave twitter protection against libel laws, etc. in return for being an open provider to all (communications system provider - like the phone company). Directly threatening the Federal election by censoring the President...they’re in trouble.

You definitely hit a nerve.

Keep at it.

Dems often lose it.

He may be doing it under the “publisher.”

Which would be an interesting battle. Are platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Free Republic...publishers? This concept was hashed through a few years ago. It is interesting that President Trump brings up again.

His tweet on mail-in voting wasn’t exactly false. And as more primary mail-in voting turns up in the oddest of places...I think it was a very realistic statement.

Twitter saying it was false/fake though was clearly disingenuous and manipulative.

Read here: https://www.city-journal.org/html/platform-or-publisher-15888.html

The dominant social media companies must choose: if they are neutral platforms, they should have immunity from litigation. If they are publishers making editorial choices, then they should relinquish this valuable exemption.

Congress responded by enacting Section 230, establishing that platforms could not be held liable as publishers of user-generated content and clarifying that they could not be held liable for removing any content that they believed in good faith to be “obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.” This provision does not allow platforms to remove whatever they wish, however. Courts have held that “otherwise objectionable” does not mean whatever a social media company objects to, but “must, at a minimum, involve or be similar” to obscenity, violence, or harassment. Political viewpoints, no matter how extreme or unpopular, do not fall under this category.

I think Joe will be replaced with his VP pick. Probably Elizabeth Warren.

Cheating will be off the chart. That is what I fear — and the female vote that just wants a woman POTUS and ignores her policies.

Our only real hope is to connect the Covid shutdown with an intentional D plan to destroy the economy to oust Trump. The unemployed may vote for Trump.

The big problem is what Trump is trying to fix..

The swing voter being bombarded with CNN and MSNBC talking points in their online newsfeed or timeline (twitter/facebook/instagram).

This is what is upsetting Trump and his campaign.

He does. And the ads this fall for the Biden campaign will just write themselves. The President of the United States using the power of his office to punish private businesses solely because they made him mad? Good thinking. What could possibly go wrong?

You should see this commentary from John S Mosby.
