This time she is going to get arrested and then punished. They warned her before and you don’t get a 2nd chance on these things.
Yes, I just read that she did indeed have a visit from the Secret Service a couple of years ago. Her lawyer got her out of it by claiming First Amendment rights to make jokes, as an entertainer.
Well there is that “shouting fire in a crowded theater” exception. I think a “threatening the President’s life” just might qualify as such an exception.
