It is interesting that the good Senator’s letter complaining about release of information to the public by the Acting Secretary is itself leaked to an opposition media source.
In what world does he live in? I always thought that unmasking was a definite bad thing.
I do not. I know virtually nothing about Grennell save his recent efforts related to Flynn.
I wish Grenell could have been left there for about 6 more months.

I heard someone say Grenell should be the next FBI Director, I think it’s a good idea.
If Wray could be persuaded to step down, Grenell could be appointed as Acting FBI Director for up to 210 days which is past the election. If the GOP takes back the House, then a Grenell appointment could be made permanent.
But I don’t think Wray will step down voluntarily but hope to be wrong. OTOH I could be completely wrong about Wray. It’s best to sit back and watch, not judge.
He’s also the US Ambassador to Germany. I assume he will go back to Germany. For now.
Wray should be reassigned to another post. The President has left him there way too long, already.
I don’t think the House has a say in who is FBI director.
He is stepping down from his post there.
Surely something higher will follow.
He did more in 3 months as DNI than anyone in govt has done in 3 years, short of POTUS.
I have also followed him on Twitter throughout his ambassadorship and he served us well there and stuck up for American interests.
He is loyal and a true patriot; I hope whatever he does next rewards him for those qualities.
He is the current Ambassador to Germany.

So what if it does? The American people have a right to know the sources and methods of the attack against the Constitutional government.
Sources and methods of the intelligence community are of little value when that intelligence community is well proven to be working against the American republic.

He can simply be fired. No reason is needed. He is an at will appointee.
