I love dogs, but I will damned well tell someone to leash their dog if it’s being a nuisance and I’m in an area where dogs are supposed to be leashed. More than one twit has let their mutt take a dump right in the picnic area and gotten indignant when called on it.

I do agree with that. I don’t care if its a well-behaved animal, but if its being a bother, then yes, I would say something.
