Exactly its all important,we need restaurants, hotels, roads in my area and everything else.By the way some hotels and restaurants wont open if all they are allowed is 25 or 50-%,this is what happens when govt. at almost any level is given too much power. They always screw up,it’s who they are.
"dr." Birx and FauXi have too much power,
and dictate and control without any real scientific basis
EXCEPT that they engineered, and paid for, the Atrocity-virus
to push their company's Vaccines
and have so far evaded their wrongdoings.
Prediction: They will attempt to deflect blame to Imperial college.
My husband and I drove through the downtown section of our city yesterday. It was simply a ghost town. No stores or restaurants were open, even though they can open with limited clientele due to the social distancing stuff.
It was really unnerving to see this once vibrant section of our town without people, cars or any signs of life.
Fauci and Birx scared the public to such a degree that it is problematic that the consumer will return in great numbers any time soon. And you know the MSM will jump on any flare-up and blame Trump. The Dems and MSM want a depressed economy and electorate.
The 2006 Origins of the Lockdown Idea
Well worth the read. Also contains a link to the actual study. An excerpt:
Now begins the grand effort, on display in thousands of articles and news broadcasts daily, somehow to normalize the lockdown and all its destruction of the last two months. We didnt lock down almost the entire country in 1968/69, 1957, or 1949-1952, or even during 1918. But in a terrifying few days in March 2020, it happened to all of us, causing an avalanche of social, cultural, and economic destruction that will ring through the ages.
There was nothing normal about it all. Well be trying to figure out what happened to us for decades hence.
How did a temporary plan to preserve hospital capacity turn into two-to-three months of near-universal house arrest that ended up causing worker furloughs at 256 hospitals, a stoppage of international travel, a 40% job loss among people earning less than $40K per year, devastation of every economic sector, mass confusion and demoralization, a complete ignoring of all fundamental rights and liberties, not to mention the mass confiscation of private property with forced closures of millions of businesses?
Whatever the answer, its got to be a bizarre tale. Whats truly surprising is just how recent the theory behind lockdown and forced distancing actually is. So far as anyone can tell, the intellectual machinery that made this mess was invented 14 years ago, and not by epidemiologists but by computer-simulation modelers. It was adopted not by experienced doctors they warned ferociously against it but by politicians.
