Yes,that’s the idea. But China has many other options for her Belt and road initiative — she can deal with the socialistic regimes of South America, Africa and some Middle Eastern Countries.

The EU has (most probably) learned her lessons the hard way.

Asia? I am not so sure. Pakistan, Cambodia and Laos will probably still want to do business with China.
