I have an elderly neighbor on a fixed income who predicted this weeks ago.
We’ve read of TWO allegedly high name recognition murder-sucide (attempts. One was only 50% successful).
Big Media apparently couldn’t keep THOSE out of the news, but only briefly reported on them, with no conclusions.

Newsom won’t be swayed by suicides. They’re just more numbers to add to the COVID-19 totals. Maybe if Newsom or someone close to him suddenly committed suicide (death by protestor?), maybe the left would wise up. Doubtful.

Easy prediction, actually. We are NOT in this together, but apart and alone. And our only “action” is to wait, interminably.
No one is keeping a tally of the other side for the ledger, i.e. those killed, maimed, hurt, by the over reaction.
Delays in health care for cancer and dialysis patients in some cases early on. Delays for heart attack patients. Suicide rates. Decrease in vaccinations... Then there was the impact by law and fire services in some cases. Essential services for the poor which all but completely fell away in many cases (try getting help from the VA, or the work force commission...).
There are two sides of an accounting ledger.
Each suicide is a mere broken eggs in the ultimate omelet.

Dr. Mike deBoisblank who serves as the head of the trauma department at John Muir Medical Center in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay told ABC 7 his hospital has seen a “year’s worth of suicide attempts in the last four weeks.”
“We’ve never seen numbers like this, in such a short period of time,” deBoisblank said, pointing at the state’s stay-home orders as the primary culprit for the spike in crises.
Well, those are obviously CCP-19 deaths.

Obviously, the spike in suicides is unrelated to the lockdown. Rather, it’s a function of Anthropogenic Climate Change./s That’s one church they’ll never close.
