Mental disability? Physical disability? there are reasons why young folks need nursing home care- nursing homes aren’t just for elderly
I am guessing the young thug was a psych patient and the nursing home was being used as some kind of supported living situation, to make sure he was taking his meds. The nursing home may have specialized in patients with mental health issues plus the disabilities of old age.
Really, really bad idea mixing the two populations.
