The numbers are unprecedented, Dr. Mike deBoisblanc of John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, California, told ABC 7 News about the increase of suicide deaths adding that hes seen a years worth of suicides in the last four weeks alone.

The lockdown goes as planned by the leftists and Americans are being broken both financially and socially so that they can crater the economy and usher in a communist nightmare.

This article is useless without current and historical numbers.
For a 10 year period California averaged 9.5 suicides per 100,000 people a year.
Data I saw for 2020 showed 10.5. But it didn’t say what months were included.

All going as planned..... you know, some have said we are at war and just dont know it. Day by day that seems to be more and more the case.
Suicides are terrible but just wait till we see the casualty reports of small buisness.
This may very well be a war against the middle class....

Yup, and how about cancer diagnostic procedure and heart transplants, etc. not being performed in now empty hospitals... with nurses and staff laid off. These jerks do not understand actions have consequences.

Change your name to lockdownDanny.
To: DannyTN
The article says the doctor has seen as many deaths from suicide in four weeks (current) as he has seen in a year (historic)
To: DannyTN
Corona deaths... 0.6% of 100,000 thousand... Suicides win.

Yup. This epidemic should have been treated just like past epidemics. Leave it up to the individual, not government entities. Trump was hoodwinked by Fauci and Birx. Now, he and the entire country are paying the price.
Hopefully, those of us who have the financial means should do our part to support fledgling businesses stay alive. Big tips to the help at restaurants, diners, taverns, bars, etc.

Someone on the radio said that is the plan. Can’t go full communist if there is a happy middle class.

True.
I do know this, the family owned toy store on the corner of everytown USA is shut down, while Walmart and Target are free to sell toys all day long. Fill in toys with any other item and it is the same.
We are being worked over by the powers that be. And from reading history, I do not like where this is all heading one bit.
Keep your powder dry.

The democrats don’t care if people die, so this isn’t about safety and saving lives. It’s all about another power grab.

Assuming that the number of suicides is noticeably higher than what would be typically expected it can very reasonably assumed that the increase is due to sudden joblessness, social isolation, lack of access to needed medical care..or maybe two or more of those things.
