I should be clear-I would THINK they should be different given our heritage and culture. I think it is clear that not all are.

"I think it is criminal that federal, state and local entities would put LEOs in this position.
This is one point that should be made by everyone in Law Enforcement and government agencies across the board. I feel bad for the Police, however, they could simply ignore those orders by feigning non-observation.
