House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday night touted a $3.6 billion vote-by-mail proposal – which she rechristened “Voting at Home” – adding that the bill also would help bolster the U.S. Postal Service.

Pelosi talked about the legislation during an appearance on MSNBC just hours after President Trump warned the states of Michigan and Nevada against implementing absentee-ballot and vote-by-mail plans, arguing the proposals were illegal and could potentially facilitate voter fraud.

In both cases, the president threatened to withhold federal dollars from the states if they went ahead with their plans.

"What could go wrong?"

Leftist union postal workers "lose" mail-in ballots from selected neighborhoods?

Nah. Never happen.

Plus, keep in mind political donations are public record.

It would be very easy to find Republicans to cull.

IOW: As long as the names and addresses 9f campaign contributors are public record, nail-in voting should not be required.

Case in point: We never has USPS issues, and I’m talking major and frequent issues, until I became a Trump donor.

This is a VERY dangerous development. The Left are experts at ratcheting up and then fully exploiting crises.

This one could cost us everything. The White House, Senate, Courts. Game over. It MUST be stopped. NOW.

Cuomo has ordered that all Scholls board and budget votes be mail-in only this year.

Needless to say, we haven’t received our ballots yet.

And the lastest school board mailer came with no phone numbers on it, just an email addy for questions. They really wanna hear from the people they purport to serve, eh?

I’m somewhat confused about this issue. I realize, since it’s been discussed on FR, that states have jurisdiction on voting in their states. However, what about the fact that this is is a federal election for President, Senate and Congress? Seems like the federal government would have say so on federal elections.

Also, USPS is a federal entity. Seems like Fedzilla has some jurisdiction there, too.

The ‘Rat party in NYS tried to get rid of the ‘Rat primary in NYS and a US Appeals Court put ordered it back on, so Fedzilla clearly has some say.

If Cuomo tries to make elections for federal office mail in only, I’d take him to court.

When the Democrats ruled both houses and the presidency, where was the money for the post office, then?

Every election cycle, Ammerican G.I.’s stationed overseas vote by mail, and every cycle they never show up on time, or ‘are lost forever’. Do you want that to happen to you and your vote?

The Democrats are going nuts, and doing everything, including throwing cash at everyone to get your vote.

Here in Pennsylvania (year 2014), we had the legislature approve a requirement for voter Id when submitting a ballot.

The law was passed by the state House, the state Senate and signed by the Governor Tom Corbett.

A few months later, a stinking rat Obama judge from the District of Columbia, unilaterally ruled the law unconstitutional and removed the requirement (even though many other states have the same voter Id stipulation).

Donald Trump should tell the Pennsylvania legislature to put that law back in. He will have our back this time.

They could harvest the winning margin while they are still “counting.” Look at how many seats they were able to flip in 2018, many after races had been called for the R, by harvesting ballots. Vote by mail will facilitate harvesting millions,
