It's a given that the very top people (meaning Osama Obama,Plugs and ILLary...among others) in this case will never see the inside of a courtroom regardless of how seriously they've broken the law.However,there's no guarantee that the same will prove true for those lower down in the food chain.It will be interesting to see if any such person wants to “tell all” in exchange for a lighter sentence.

Based on current information, as Barr said. However, if some of the lower downs find themselves facing enormous criminal terms and crushing civil liabilities they might start naming names regarding who the ring leaders were. Or they might suck it up and avoid a picnic in Ft. Marcy park.
