He suddenly opened shooting ranges after the ANJRPC sued and filed for a preliminary injunction blocking the closure because they were likely to win on the merits. Murphy reopened the ranges within days because he doesn't want a court ruling that is likely to go against his lockdown. The gym owners had a lawyer with them both days. They are prepared. I think they are looking to get arrested and will immediately file a legal challenge to Murphy's lockdown as soon as the booking process is complete. Murphy doesn't want it to end up in court where he'll face a risk of being overruled as the Governor was in Oregon. He will talk tough but won't do anything.
