I grew up believing that an "Abuse Of Power" was a crime, federal or not. I'm all for Congress NOT passing anymore stupid laws, but I think it should be a Federal Crime. We'll see how this all plays out.

Abuse of power in and of itself is a broad term that can be manipulated by DC Demrats just like when they accused Trump of it during impeachment.
