No kidding. Frankly I don't expect criminal investigations of anyone as a result of the Durham probe. We'll get a report that says disturbing breaches of protocol were found and numerous misstatements but no intent can be proven etc etc etc.

I've assumed that since the beginning of this mess. The "probe" will, as you say, find breaches of protocol and procedures and then make recommendations on how to "improve the process to ensure greater accountability going forward" or some such BS. In other words, the agencies will be "indicted" instead of the people who perpetrated this grotesque abuse of power.
