Seriously, at this point, they need to go ahead and start prosecuting. The typical media will continue to lie, and try to whip up the troops. Problem is, its getting tougher for the typical left wing mushroom to defend what is going on, unless they're insane.
They'll be even more resistant to be out protesting--what are they protesting--that more spying on people by the government is a good thing? They're cowards.
