The President has said he will leave the decision to re-open (or not) to the governors. OK, I understand state rights and sovereignty. But that has LIMITS when it comes to the Supremacy Clause, and the Constitution.
Period.
What Whitmer, Newsome, Cuomo, Murphy, Wolf, and many other governors are doing is CLEARLY unconstitutional.
Fauci and Birix are sleeper agents for the Deep State, and have been running the COVID scare for months now. I don't need press conferences telling me now many trucks are delivering this or that. We need a solemn and clear Presidential statement that declares that the violation of the Constitutional rights of citizens ends now.
President Kennedy didn't allow Gov Wallace in Alabama to defy the courts and continue segregation. He Federalized their National Guard - and won the day.
The Constitution is in tatters and flames throughout the Republic.
I read the Q posts. There are vague references to doing......something: "It's time to end the horror show. It's time to stand [lead by example]."
I wish the President would, and soon, because we can't go on like this and still have a nation.
