I’ve watched Fauci’s speech where he said that. He basically said every future president is going to have to deal with a pandemic. There was nothing prescient, sinister, or notorious about what he said. People are naturally wont to exaggerate things like this, take it out of context, fit it into conspiracy theories, and generate silly memes — everything we hate when the Dems do it.

Everyone needs to Google SV-40. You will find it was something put into the polio vaccine to give us cancer. It was done in the 1950’s to early 1960’s.
Very little bioweapon research is done in the US because of congressional oversight. Research Ulkraine’s bioresearch lab and you will find info about a certain kind of biting fly that was only active during the summer months. Now its active all 12 months of the year.
China with its Belt and Road program has been making all kinds of deals with other countries. This may have pissed our leaders in DC. They needed China to take a major hit in order to reclaim our standing with these countries.
