If they are to “prove” their former client’s perjury in the first place they would HAVE to demonstrate they did not COUNSEL their client to commit perjery. This is something they cannot do because in order to even venture there they would have to give up attorney client privilege which they cannot do.

They violate atty/client privilege which is forever, and somehow “prove” perjury, it would only be in the case that THEY THEMSELVES suborned perjury in their own client. Which would remove the atty’s in question from any further legal practice. Period.

The largesse of this judges “friends” are evident in his behaviour, which is NOT to render justice... but rather judgement HE determines all on his own to be the result.

He will end up in prison himself, he keeps this up.

Reasons I can think of for the Judge's actions:

Cover for the Deep State which used illegal 5 eyes intercepts.

Want to take spotlight off Spygate.

Carry out Obama's vendetta

Want to rub DOJ's nose in it.....

Your take is plausible. I’ve also heard speculation that the judge is just doing every thing he can to stall the case past Jan in the hopes that a Dem administration will withdraw the motion to dismiss. But I don’t think he can stall it that long. Flynn will file a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the dismissal motion to be granted and the law is on his side. So you may be right. The judge may be going to throw the lawyers under the bus as cover to grant the motion. But, he’s burning a bunch of bridges by doing so. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

This judge is going berserk. He is going to need a straight-jacket before this is over with. How long before he orders Flynn to lie to the FBI in open court?

DOJ needs to put a stop to this now.

These lawyers deserve a HUGE smackdown. It is one way that Sullivan can save face and start blaming other people.
