I would be amazed if it stands. Sullivan is bucking for removal from the case.

Let's see...Sullivan and whoever, or Barr and Powell...I know where my money will be.

On Laura Ingraham tonight, Saul quoted the following case to state that Sullivan can’t continue the case.
