I read up on the Gates/Zuckerberg/Soros funded efforts to control pandemics and their plans specified that persons unable to isolate would be “housed” and gave an example of a person “unable” to isolate: a family member who would otherwise have to share a bathroom with other family members.

Exactly, this is not news. I live in the area and personally know of two other camps with 20+ RVs in each one for quarantine.
The press will be OK with it until they lock up a dozen black people.
