New coronavirus cases in Northeast Pennsylvania slackened Monday, but the state Department of Health cautioned against celebrating too soon.
Figures released Monday show there were 32 new cases throughout Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties.
In each county, there were fewer cases reported Monday than what they have averaged over the past two weeks.
“It’s a very positive finding, but again, one day’s data is not as meaningful as trends in data, so we’re going to be watching that very carefully,” Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine said. “And, of course, a trend in data with decreasing numbers of cases would be very positive.”

Asked Monday what the chances are of Northeast counties moving to the yellow phase before the June 4 expiration of Gov. Tom Wolf’s stay-at-home order, Wolf said he could not answer.
“We haven’t set a timetable, and we have to keep looking at the data,” Wolf said.

There were no new cases in Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties.

Yes, that is our Secretary of “Health” aka Dr. (Dickless) “Rachel” Levine.
I hate to tell you, but 95%+ never cut off their penis.
The truth is that these are gay men who find it is easier to attract a man by appearing as a woman.
For those that actually cut off their penis, the suicide rate is many tens of times that of the population at large. They realize that they have no pleasure anymore and can never be accepted as a real woman.
The ones who accept themselves as gay men do far better than those who deny reality.
