Democrats are proof that communism operates under many names.
This is a case of 100% treason.

Mueller and his whole gang need to be indicted too! They knew early on there was no collusion yet they kept on going...why?

They won't be. Rod Rosenstein wrote a scope letter that basically said 'go look at anyone close to Trump and try to find a crime'. He didn't limit it to so-called collusion (probably he couldn't because that's not even a crime). It was an authorized illegal fishing expedition. But it's Rosenstein who bears responsibility, not Mueller. And he knows it, that's why he kept that scope letter under lock and key and refused to let congress see it.

What Durham and his team is being kept very quiet. If ANY of their work is exposed, the media will jump in front of it to discredit it. My belief is that Barr and Durham are putting together cases that are as airtight as possible before they unleash them on team Obama.

If the dims get away with this, our country is screwed the next time the dims get in power.

silver linings man. I try to think positive.

the dead pool on Brennan one needs to pick the approximate time AND apparent cause of death. Like mid June of Xi's Wuhan. Things like mid June due to Obama assassins that's out because this contest isn't interested in the true cause just the stated cause by our betters.

"Obama and friends are worried about their commissions paid to them for the money he stole from the treasury and gave to Iran being made public."

There was a bunch of people in The Bummer's administration that had ties to Iran...

The corrupt, criminal, cowardly Obama Deep State ....all the usual suspect including Obama’s DOJ and FBI......
have been running at breakneck speed to “get Trump” and his associates (as candidate and as president).

QUOTING TOM FITTON, JUDICIAL WATCH PRESIDENT:
Obama’s State Dept was all hands on deck in terms of targeting Trump.

<><> meetings with Glen Simpson, Steele, Clinton aides, Sid Blumenthal and Clinton associate, Cody Shearer.
<><> Shocker-—there was more than one dossier going to the FBI and DOJ.....
<><> there was Christopher Steele’s dossier,
<><> and a second dossier created by the State Dept itself, targeting Trump.
<><> shows Jonathan Winer and Glen Simpson were in contact Sept 2016
<><> Winer immediately contacted Victoria Nuland, a top aide at the Obama State Dept.
<><> Post-election, they worked hand in glove with top Dem Steny Hoyer’s guy on Russian issues.

Obungo squirming PING!

As President Trump has said,”They are gonna pay!”

The perpetrators, including Obama, now find themselves in extreme civil jeopardy, so Obama is now spreading disinformation. Here is what Obama so wrongly and tortiously organized for Flynn :

1) A crime with no predicate.
2) falsification of FBI forms 302
3) FBI investigator notes which indicate political motivation
4) Meetings at the highest level in which Rice revealed in her memos what strategy was to be followed in framing Flynn, Obama,Biden, Comey, Rice, Clapper and Brennan were present at a series of such meetings.

Obama now taking to the media posturing himself to limit his exposure to liability, ( He will pay big time)

Add this up and it is but one result: Malicious Prosecution#

Because it involved organizational crime and racketeering, the extraordinary remedies available from a RICO offense are obvious.

And the various perpetrators of this crime , include a law firm which acted in conflict of interest ( Flynn’s original legal team that advised him to plead guilty), FBI Agent Strzok, Comey, McCabe,Yates, Rice, Brennan, Clapper and Obama himself. All of the perpetrators exceeded their governmental authorities of office so that the legal jeopardy is personal for these perpetrators, the government nor the taxpayers are liable for these millions of dollars in damages. All of the perpetrators are personally liable in the millions of dollars. (Not to mention the federal crimes of sedition, treason and espionage, and the likely disbarment of several attorneys involved in Flynn’s original defense team.)

I expect that letters pleading settlement have already been received by Flynn’s legal counsel. For the benefit of America, I hope General Flynn proceeds to a public civil trial in a malicious prosecution suit for damages.Let them all lose their homes and livelihoods in return, for that is indeed what Justice demands.
**********************************************

#
“Malicious prosecution is an intentional tort designed to provide redress for losses flowing from an unjustified prosecution....

“Under the first element of the test for malicious prosecution, the plaintiff must prove that the prosecution at issue was initiated by the defendant. This element identifies the proper target of the suit, as it is only those who were actively instrumental in setting the law in motion that may be held accountable for any damage that results....”

“The second element of the tort demands evidence that the prosecution terminated in the plaintiff’s favour. This requirement precludes a collateral attack on a conviction properly rendered by a criminal court, and thus avoids conflict between civil and criminal justice. The favourable termination requirement may be satisfied no matter the route by which the proceedings conclude in the plaintiff’s favour, whether it be an acquittal, a discharge at a preliminary hearing, a withdrawal, or a stay. However, where the termination does not result from an adjudication on the merits, for example, in the case of a settlement or plea bargain, a live issue may arise whether the termination of the proceedings was in favour of the plaintiff....

“The third element which must be proven by a plaintiff — absence of reasonable and probable cause to commence or continue the prosecution — further delineates the scope of potential plaintiffs. As a matter of policy, if reasonable and probable cause existed at the time the prosecutor commenced or continued the criminal proceeding in question, the proceeding must be taken to have been properly instituted, regardless of the fact that it ultimately terminated in favour of the accused....

“Finally, the initiation of criminal proceedings in the absence of reasonable and probable grounds does not itself suffice to ground a plaintiff’s case for malicious prosecution, regardless of whether the defendant is a private or public actor. Malicious prosecution, as the label implies, is an intentional tort that requires proof that the defendant’s conduct in setting the criminal process in motion was fueled by malice. The malice requirement is the key to striking the balance that the tort was designed to maintain: between society’s interest in the effective administration of criminal justice and the need to compensate individuals who have been wrongly prosecuted for a primary purpose other than that of carrying the law into effect.”

Bubba was impeached and disbarred.
Better example is James Cartwright.
Obama pardoned him.

I will contribute but I would point out that a “legal defense fund” seems to be different than a “sue the bastards” fund.

He had best be looking for a place to escape with no extradition, and selling everything and putting his cash in off-shore accounts. His future doesn’t look rosy. Cuba might be a good destination! Great health care I hear. Good riddance!

By the way, lying to the FBI is not perjury. He was not sworn in. But for what it’s worth, Obama, Andrew McCabe was caught red handed lying to the FBI (the IG, specifically) and admitted it. He’s free as a bird. Obama’s take: crickets.

Ummmmm, spending time finding the most innocuous ways to have things revealed without really having to make any changes, and to keep their lifelong good buddies out of serious doo doo, then be able say, “ there, we fixed it, the rule of law has been preserved”. Oh, then everyone gets raises and bonuses.

Your welcome.

Makes it even more puzzling what Strzozk (sp?) meant when he said of the nascent Mueller investigation, “... there’s no there there.”
We still haven’t gotten to the bottom of this fu€k Flynn thing.
Flynn must have some very powerful $hit on a bunch of really scared people to get them to agree to go after him in this fashion.
Buy popcorn. Invest in popcorn futures.

Wow, quite the hard-hitting editorial by the Wall Street Journal! Good news.

But the guy who wrote his piece (cough, cough) needs to get checked out for COVID-19 :-)

So there is basically no crime there, and most certainly not perjury.

Now you see how easy it is for the media to sell BS stories. The public is ill informed, misinformed and not knowing the meaning of perjury vs lying easily transform the meanings in their minds and buy what the medial tells them happened.
