Oregon is somewhat schizophrenic: They elect leftists quite often, yet the citizens are quite vocal about maintaining their second amendment rights. I can’t figure it out, but I love it when I visit my friends there.
Like New York, Oregon seems to be two different states.
Much of the population is in the Portland-Eugene axis. This sets the lunatic left Portlandia. Outside are the normals.
