Happens on NextDoor (like Facebook just for neighbors) all the time. Seems to detect anything “harmful” especially if it’s a “political” thread - i.e., basically anything COVID now.
Cautions you that you might want to rethink your reply.
I know its ridiculous and pointless to waste any more time on ND trying to educate progressive cretins, but Ill still post there occasionally Im sure. Its just pathetic that liberals trying to silence conservative voices on social media and in society have been this successful.
Omigod some people on ND are too stupid to live. I don't see how they gained adulthood.
Dont get me started on Nextdoor - you mention you want to go back to work or walk around without a mask - shame shame shame! Selfish! cripe, I got yelled at in the grocery store cause I might have been 5 ft 10 inches from someone!
UGH!
Oh, yeah, the Karen’s are INSISTING we should stay shut down and wear masks indoors because ... New York.
Dumb as posts - they really don’t see the diff between NYC and NM.
NextDoor, unlike this and other forums, is not for arguments or discussion. “Soapboxing” is banned, as it should be, for anyone, including lieberals.
Why, you might ask? Because it is for all homeowners in the area. Including the very simple, the immature, the drunk, and the just plain annoying.
They need clear, gentle, and not too slanted information about living in their area.
So liberals are abusing the system? What you do is Report soapboxing comments, including a note about what rule was violated. If you have found allies, get them interested in reporting biased comments as well. For any area in which both leads agree, the comment will be removed.
Another thing you might do is find out who your leads are, and get acquainted with them.
