Oh, okay. I just can't keep a secret.

Just the latest.

Better hide the chart. This won't end well for you, soya.

And the creep has 38,000 likes on the twitter feed. The comments are priceless, but only those who attack Trump are racking up the likes. Nuts, just nuts.

I guess I’ll refrain from fully celebrating this until we see what the judge is going to do. Is it your personal contention that he will agree to dropping it? And have you any idea when we will find out?

What choice does the judge have really? It's pro-forma for him to accept this motion. What's the alternative? Tell the prosecutors that they have to continue to prosecute a case that they have lost faith in? Where they may have cheated? Which has been independently reviewed and found wanting?

It's hard to imagine what it would mean if he did not accept it, from a practical "how do we proceed" point of view. So, he will.

But he might do much more. He might castigate the prosecutors. He might delay accepting the motion to dismiss until they complete production of exculpatory evidence, which they are currently supposed to be completing. He might refer the prosecutors for sanction, which I believe this judge did in the Sen Stephens case.

I think the main thing he can do is "pile on the prosecutors and kick them when they are down" -- and I sure hope he does!

No. The dismissal is “with prejudice” (cannot refile). Judge's dismiss. With or without prejudice, as they see fit. What happened today was not the act of the Judge in this case. It was, rather, an act of the prosecution. The prosecution filed a motion.

What action the Judge takes on the motion remains to be seen. It's about 99.9% for sure he will accept it. And then the case will be over.

No dismissal has taken place yet, and whether accepting the Prosecutions motion to end the case is some how involved the case being dismissed with prejudice -- that hasn't played out yet.

Why "sad?"

Cause he's Captain and head cheerleader for the nothing's EVER gonna happen doom squad.

Things happening show just how wrong he's been these past two years.

There are those who say he's a derp state shill.

And a soi boy.

Not sure when the judge will decide. Could be next week sometime. I’ll never have certainty with anything in DC as far as the courts are concerned but the DOJ gives sound reasoning why the case should be dropped based on the recent dump of documents

I don't see it that way. I've been skeptical about the accuracy of the predictions of Q, which Bagster, along with Ransomnote, are the champions of. In my reckoning much has been promised, for a very long time, by Q and his acolytes, and (again, in my opinion, which is disputed the Q supporters) little delivered.

I've always believed that the normal visible processes would hopefully result in prosecutions. I still am hopeful that John Durham actually indicts some Deep State people. That is an outcome that I think everyone on Free Republic will rejoice in. Just as almost everyone here is happy to see Flynn's ordeal finally come to an end in this way.

And so, no: Things happening show just how wrong he's been these past two years. they don't.

Now if Military Tribunals at GITMO are announced along with 50,000 unsealed indictments and the Marines going door-to-door to serve them and arrest Deep Staters under martial law -- if that happens, they yes, I will have been very wrong and Q et.al. will have proven to be everything they say they are.

As for this: There are those who say he's a derp state shill. .. that's just Bagster's way of showing he cares. Anyone who disagrees with the value of Q on the Q-threads is considered a Deep State Shill. The fact that I've been posting here since 1998 weekly, doesn't prove anything under this theory. In fact, I was told that many sleeper agents were placed here at Free Republic in 1998, there is whole group of us, like that show on TV "The Americans", only virtually on this site.

And finally, Bagster (and his lessor imitators) have taken to calling me little mean names, like this: And a soi boy.

It's been going on so long it's almost an endearment at this point.

I once described myself on the Endless Thread as "Bagster's principle antogonist".

Because it's too disruptive I almost never post anything over there anymore, even simple posts bring out the worst in some people who have a lot invested in preventing skepticism to being given a hearing in their private thread, and have developed a particular animosity towards me.

I get it, so I mostly just lurk over there, but Bagster himself has always had a light and humorous touch (that not everyone else is able to understand, apparently) and I am actually quite fond of him, as rivals in sports come to appreciate their greatest opponents.

Not sure when the judge will decide.

The judge is a real weirdo. Remember the hearing where he called Flynn a traitor (I guess for working as a lobbyist for Turkey, how that is treasonous I never understood).. and then took a break, and came out and said "hey, sorry, about that treason thing I said - scratch that".

At times he's seemed very pro-Flynn, and at times very anti-Flynn. Regardless I don't think he has any choice.

It's like a cornerman throwing in the towel in boxing. The fight is over, but it's not officially over until the referee acknowledges that the towel has been thrown.
