Don’t know, because some RINO’s voted against the bill, go figure!

Don’t think so. Based on the article, our GOP is less than enthusiastic about it anyway and the bill may die right there. They won’t even put it in front of him to veto.

Senate: Red represents Republicans (24), Blue Democrats (9)

Composition of the Ohio House of Representatives
House of Representatives: Red represents Republicans (61), Blue Democrats (38)

Three-fifths of members in both chambers must vote to override a veto, which is 60 of the 99 members in the Ohio House of Representatives and 20 of the 33 members in the Ohio State Senate. Ohio is one of seven states that requires a three-fifths vote from both of its legislative chambers to override a veto.

So it appears they do, if all Republicans stick together that is.
