It doesn’t make sense though.
If he was removed for resistance to HCQ, there are multiple suppliers of HCQ and its a cheap drug with no money in it.
I’m not surprised if there was HHS cronyism in the past. But this particular instance sounds like he was overly committed to bureaucratic processes. He was unwilling in the face of an unprecedented crisis to be flexible and use European studies as a basis for allowing a much needed treatment.
So he stood on the tracks as the Trump Train was coming and now wonders why he got run over.
