That’s what China does when they send them to a ‘reeducation camp’ as this lady has been.
No out of the realm of possibility that that’s what the people following in the Chinese footsteps will do here also.
What law was broken?
.@GregAbbott_TX people around you talk about "criminal justice reform." Well, if its good enough for gang-bangers and meth traffickers, it's good enough for #ShelleyLuther #pardonshelleyluther— Daniel Horowitz (@RMConservative) May 6, 2020
done.
money well spent.
it’s fun to watch it go up so fast. she’ll reach her goal today.
Lets see, make her go bankrupt, arrest her, throw her in jail for 7 days possibly getting infected with COVID-19 in jail, disrupt her entire life, just because she wanted to open her little business and didn't kiss this judges azz.
Not America I'm familiar with. Incredible.
Shame on Governor Abbott...shame on Texas.
Sure does...Obama sowed the seeds of his beloved Communist ideology, and the harvest is coming in...
The apology is self incriminating. A clear violation of Constitututional jurisprudence.
This was in a civil court, which I don’t think can legally put a person in jail.
Aren’t they obligated to let her out of jail for fear of coronavirus, or does that only apply to real criminals?
And he ordered no bail for her.
7 days in jail for cutting hair?? This is NUTS. And government officials dont get to order citizens to apologize to them for daring to earn a living. https://t.co/3rulRlN0gE— Ted Cruz (@tedcruz) May 6, 2020
It is unconstitutional!
Governor Abbott needs to do the right thing and pardon her.
This is the same place that lets criminals steal $750 without being charged.
The only crime they recognize is people questioning their authority.
I would like to know exactly what law she violated and how it was enacted.
On top of jail, they are fining her 1000/day for each day she is open till May 8. Dirt bag
The judge when he was in the military.
She should and hopefully will appeal.
And change the name of her place to Jailbird Salon.
She will have one of the most popular salons in Texas.
