I don’t care the legalize arguments, putting Obama there isn’t going to fly. He can’t be president so why waste the spot of Veep. And if he could backdoor his way in, it’ll set a dangerous precedent for the future.

Now any anchor baby, Chinese tourist baby and Anwar Al-Awlaki’s kids, born in Yemen to one citizen parent, are eligible. (If Ted is, they are)
I agree that he can’t run for a 3rd term but never underestimate this clown. There is nothing that says he cant be VP. Once elected Biden spends his days drooling in the oval office groping the nurses changing his diaper and Obama comes on the teleprompter every afternoon to tell us all how its gonna be and that unfortunately the President is busy right now.
It would set up Pence / Trump 2024. That’s why the Rats won’t do it.
One of the requirements of the Veep is to take over as president. Obama is ineligible to be president having already been president twice.
Therefore, he is not eligible to be Veep.
