Why would Biden or anyone have their records stored anywhere without going through them first to insure they contain nothing potentially negative or incriminating? Seems to me that the extent to which they may have existed at one time, they certainly do not now.
These might be the records he had to get out of DC fast and didn't have time to scrub them (like with a cloth or something).
