I think this is a huge point.
The government has a Brady obligation to provide exculpatory evidence to the accused. If the prosecutor had this, and never provided it, it is bad. I think I’ve heard the argument that the prosecutor, who was part of Mueller’s team, was relieved of the Brady obligation after the plea, but at this point, how does Van Grack (the prosecutor, and a member of the SCO) prove he didn’t have it? At the same time as he is blackmailing Flynn to plead guilty or watch his son get destroyed?
We as a country really are going to a bad place when we accept this as nothing more than politics.

“We as a country really are going to a bad place when we accept this as nothing more than politics.”

We are already in that bad place. These revelations are confirming it again for those who are now paying attention. A great injustice was done to Senator Ted Stevens - AK more than 10 years ago. It caused him to be defeated in a general election and shift the balance of power in the US Senate. The court ordered a special investigation into the federal prosecutors’ unethical and illegal activities. In the end, effectively nothing happened to the criminals. So here we are, only things are worse. The federal government using Flynn tried to take out an elected POTUS. And the left is unconcerned. We can’t even agree on the rule of law. We are in that bad place my friend.
