Interesting that once again we find, just months before an election, it's time to bring yet another sexual scandal before the public to feed their addiction for sensational sex charged stories.

The fact is there's plenty on Biden's perverted behavior with adults and children without this scandal, not to mention his mental incapacity. So it begs to question which party is actually pushing this for cover?......

A candidate male to female scandal is much more 'acceptable' in society than Bidens perverted beavior, who gets off parking his hands and nose on womans and childrens bodies in full view of the audiences. Doing so in public and with parents and other adults smiling in approval is part of his deviate pleasure.

Biden's behavior in a company would get you fired today, whether you are a CEO or a super friendly janitor.

As Carter was delivering his 'first speech as Pentagon chief', Biden, standing in the background, put his arms on Carter's wife shoulders and his face to her ear/hair, apparently telling her something in what could reasonably be interpreted as an intimate embrace....

This shows Biden has zero respect, not only for personal boundaries, but again demonstrates no regard for this significant event.....rather an opportuntity he took full advantage of by his 'exhibition' before the camera and behind the back of her husband.
