I think the judge here has been compromised.
If a street cop deliberately framed the political opponent of the mayor for a dwi, the FBI would arrest him and he would face a decade in prison for civil rights violations under color of law.
These FBI criminals must go to prison or we need national jury nullification for every single future case the FBI brings against a citizen until this happens.
So far, I just hear bagpipping. Barr could have launched 5am SWAT raids days ago.
I hope that Flynn sues Covington & Burling for mal practice. There should be disbarments for this level of, incompetence at best, or outright fraud.
At the minimum, Flynn should own half of DC when this is done.
It is clear the corruption at the FBI is deep - not just at the top, or just at the bottom.
I guess that is true of any blue-state culture/organization.

That was a chilling interview. Government can, and will, do anything to protect turf.
Another great interview was this morning with the F&F panel and guest Jim Jordan. He’s always passionate about right and wrong, but today it was X10.
