Looks like california had to empty its prisons of violent criminals in order to make room for those "dangerous felons" who simply want to enjoy being at the beach, outdoors and not being cooped up at home in the heat. This will somehow "save lives" by weakening everyone's immune system.

I wonder what would happen if a bunch of illegals showed up at the beach to have a cookout, and sell fruit, tacos and street-meat by the roadside. Quite a conundrum for a "sanctuary" state.

If californians don't disobey this order en masse (they can't arrest everyone), they have completely ceded any vestige of desire to be free.
