Current law prohibits states from declaring bankruptcy

They should write any legislation to include a provision that if Any State has an Unfunded Pension Liability, they Shall turn over All Assets to Social Security, and enroll the retirees in Social Security

Some governors have said rules on using the funds already approved are too restrictive and might force them to return some of the money.

In other, truthful words, they'll be returning OUR taxpayer money. Good deal!

Pres. Trump has vetoed SIX bills. NONE of which were the budgets that he threatened to veto if the same B.S. were brought up to him after the 1st he ‘begrudgingly’ signed.

It’s one of his great failings (along w/ DACA/illegals, draining the swamp, Deep State...)
