Is she crazy?? We knew enough to catch sick folks at point of entry...and I believe we were doing that and I also believe they had to isolate themselves for 14 days.
That depends on aggregate memory and attention span. She's talking to the 47% or so base that just wants their daily reinforcement. They don't remember what she said last month. If they did, they'd reorient.
