She needs to immediately demand a jury trial. Everyone arrested during this lockdown needs to do the same. If you are not granted a speedy trial by a jury of your peers, then the charges would have to be dropped.
Right now assembling a jury is not possible. And even if it was, there’s not enough judges or juries to hear more than a very small number of cases.
