There should be no new H1B visas issued. While the government was claiming record low unemployment, the “participation rate” hasn’t come back up much yet, and that’s before the virus put everyone out of work.
H1B should be allowed to die. Along with H2B.

I doubt this actually happens. Some judge will block it. The court fight will drag on for months. Then the basis for the issue will be moot.

i’m not sure I understand the question. That being said, I don’t think there’s any political action that will spur on Mexifornians to vote Pelosi out of office.

He’s allowing the H1B workers already here an extra grace period so they can sit here unemployed and not be forced to go home.

I saw Ari Fleischer....I think is his name, worked with Dubya I think. Anyway, he was on Fox this morning and they asked him what he thought about President Trump’s plan to stop immigrants.
First, I can’t stand this guy. every time he gets interviewed he talks bad about Trump. This time he tells the interviewer that Trump should have waited until the press conference scheduled this afternoon to announce such a thing.
“He shouldn’t have tweeted this at 10 pm at night,” the fabuloso Ari said.

Hey, Ari, are you really so stupid to think that nobody would have leaked this from, say, ten pm last night until the press conference today around 6pm? Because obviously whoever is involved with such things...at the very least somebody had to type up the info...would know.

Yeah, Ari. Meanwhile every Democrat would have been out all day telling the world what a stupid idea that was while Trump has to wait until 5pm.

You assume those with out jobs are intellectually and physically fit to do the jobs that need filling. You also assume those not working are inclined to go to work at any wage.
In my visits to various small manufacturing companies, they can’t find workers that are drug free, will actually show up for work reliably and will actually work once they are hired.
This is first hand knowledge, not second or internet hand
