Every year during the NFL draft, commissioner Roger Goodell seems to be fueled by the thousands of boos from the audience ...
He welcomes it.
He feeds off it.
And even though the draft is going virtual amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he can still experience your lovable hate.
Think its just a tad bit cruel? Well, it was Roger Goodell himself who said that the boos have always happened to be a pivotal part of the drafting experience. The 61-year-old commissioner told NBC Sports Peter King that youre going to have to tune in to see if the hate follows him virtually.
I guess youre going to have to show up and watch, Goodell said. But I will say this: Its a big part of the draft. I personally love the engagement with our fans. That [booing] is included. For us, we had to think through, How are we going to bring fans into the event? How are we going to allow the boo to be part of the event in the past?
It was King who reported that there will be a screen of fans from each team behind Goodell when he announces the pick. Could they boo? Stay tuned, according to his weekly mock draft column.
But thats not all.
Bud Light is officially getting in on the Goodell heckles.

I don’t want to boo Goodell. I just want him to go away. The NFL was very, very fortunate in Pete Rozell and Paul Tagliabue. Goodell must be revenge for all that good fortune.
O...
etc.
I just want to hear Goodell say that since the fans have to sit 6 feet apart, the players have to line up at least six feet apart. And no tackles either. And a cut in salaries for everyone and a bunch of new penalties, like pass interference if the defender breaks the 6 rule and roughing the passer if a defensive end gets within 6 feet.
Ill watch a couple of those games just for laughs.
Are you related to Monty Python? ;<)
This already applies to Brady.
“The 2020 virtual NFL draft wont stop commissioner Roger Goodell from getting booed”
yeah, but virtual boos just want have the same feel to them as the real thing ...
The peasants- let them eat Mister Softee!
His dad sacrificed his career for his man-crush on Jane Fonda. Roger learned from his father, how to hate America.
