No worries, ValJar would definitely be back to running the USA again in that deal. There are very few people less compromised and blackmailable than Joe. And ValJar lives with the Obamas now, so as to better use their names as power. Of course she’d stay with them.
That's why I always disagree with the people who say "She is too lazy to be President (or VP or whatever)." Nothing (s)he likes better than taking her entourage on expensive and extensive vacations at taxpayer expense... And that is ALL she would be doing, while Val Jar does all the work.
