Doesn’t look “packed” to me. People are spaced appropriately, and people that are together, most likely live together anyway.
Even the compressed view of the telephoto lens doesn’t lend to the idea that the beach is packed. Lots of people, with lots of space between them. And a little bit of freedom in an otherwise panicked nation.
Those silly temperature reports that say "it's 20 degrees, but feels like -5 degrees"?
